• Same day appointments with 24/7/365 Access - After Hour Care in Kimball Medical Center’s Emergency Department
• An Immediate Plan of Care
• Timely Transmission of a Workers’ Compensation Quick-Note
• Diagnosis
• Work Status (light/full duty)
• Estimated Return-to-Work Date
• Treatment and/or Referral Recommendations
• A Dedicated Point of Contact with a Direct Phone for Scheduling and Follow-up

Patients with a treatment pathway, including physical therapy, can typically be evaluated and treated immediately by a skilled physical therapist in The Kimball Institute’s Rehab Department – prior authorization required.
